Betas are confusing - could use Thoughts and prayers

I know some of you may lurk on GP, and you may know already, but I am in a scary situation again.  My hcg is fluctuating... Began at 36, then 101, down to 65, and now 90.  I am praying so hard that my LO is just having a slow start.

My progesterone looked really good, and my hcg did increase a little, so DH and I are trying to stay positive.

My doctor gave me no next step, so I am hopefully seeing a new doctor next week in a new practice, regardless on how this goes.

Thanks for any thoughts and prayers you can spare.
