Can I buy these locally already made? I don't have the patience or desire to make them at this point.

Re: Help me find these...
Party City has some. They also have the honeycomb ones.
What color do you need?
yep, party city.
if you want paper lanterns in those colors, i have some left over from paige's party. got those at hobby lobby.
Those who have seen them from Party City - do you still have to fluff them? Just want to make sure Kel knows if she makes a trip.

I know you said that you didn't want to make them but they really are very easy and it only takes a few minutes. If you haven't seen Martha's tutorial, check it out:

If Party City doesn't have the colors you need, I just wanted to give you another option.

If you are willing to go to Arne's they have the exact same brand as Party City but cheaper. I think party city charges around $6 and Arne's was $3 or $4.

Now I want to make these and I have no idea what I would do with them.
Suzi, We made them for Red Dahlia's baby shower. They ARE super easy but Kel had enough on her plate so I imaging fluffing them out was the max she wanted to cover.
That said, make some for your Cooper's room. They are fun, cheap, and easy to put up/take down.
Also, I found when making the really large ones, I preferred 16 sheets of tissue paper to 8 to get a nice round consistent fluff.
Also, the better quality tissue paper you use, the better outcome - thin dollar store tissue paper rips really easily when trying to fluff.
