Fertility Friend people..help!

Is my chart showing anything of significance?  I'm on day 36 of my cycle already, which is how long the last one was...but no AF yet, but i notice the temp is going up.

  • Hmmm, it's hard to tell without any CM data entered, but it does look like your temp is going up. I'd say wait it out a few more days and see what happens. If I had to guess though, I think you may have ovulated on CD 34 if your temp keeps going up. If it goes up again tomorrow, I'm thinking FF will probably give you crosshairs on CD 34. Just my guess though...

  • I am having issues figuring out the CM!  And I was doing the ovulation strips, but wasn't getting any positives...and of course, didn't do them this week because of school, which is why I'm clueless.  But you're probably right!
  • I agree with PP wait a few more days and hopefully you will get your CX!

  • ha..guess I just needed to wait one more day....got them today at day 34.
  • I see dashed CH's now.  Why the open circles though?

  • I guess it means that the data might not be entirely accurate (aka....it was summer and I didn't take my temp at the same time everyday...oops).

I'll do better the next cycle now that I'm back to work.

Yeah temping consistently at the same time every day, recording CM, and opks will help FF make it's best estimations. The more info you give it the better it is. CM is kinda hard to decipher sometimes, especially if you don't have a lot of it, you may have to check internally, but if you do that you might as well check CP too, which will also give FF another sign to cross check. Once you start checking it all the time, it gets easier to figure it out. I often refer to the pics and descriptions of CM and CP in TCOYF and on FF. Also, I find that setting my daily alarm on my cell phone (which I keep on my night table next to the bed), just rolling over to turn it off and temping, helps me consistently temp at the same time everyday, then I usually just roll over and go back to sleep since I have no reason to wake up for the day at that time. It may help to do that when you don't have to wake up at the same time every day. HTH!

  • I never did get the hang of the CM check thing.  I would really only notice if it was EWCM on the TP.  I also just set my alarm on my phone for the same time every morning.  On weekends, etc, I would grab my thermometer off my nightstand, take my temp, then roll over and go back to sleep.

I found lurking on the Getting Pregnant board and "trying to get pregnant" on the bump to be a big help in learning how to interpret charts etc.  Have fun!!!
