her attitude is flaring up tonight! She was biting her dad's head off at their "celebration" dinner and again with her mom talking about moving.
And, I have to say, neither of them were really being pushy or overbearing with their statements....

I like how for the past 2 years she's gone on and on and on about how she doesn't need her parents' support, but she's lived with them multiple times and heavily relies on them for babysitting.
Certainly she could do it all on her own, but she hasn't felt the need to do it.

and I thought she was slowly showing a more "human" side with her family but, it was clearly a temporary change.
Total witch tonight. Her Mom helps her so much that if she does move I think she will really regret it. It's kind of side that she doesn't seem to have friends - she doesn't even get along with her own sister!
Side note: Why does she call her dad Michael? Is he her step Dad? Did her parents ever divorce?
she seems to have no trouble flying all over to "check out" these places so maybe she's independently wealthy already?
That's what I was in awe over. I'm like, what the heck am I doing wrong. I have two kids and an actual career and I can barely afford to pay the tolls to drive into the next state minus hop on the plane to check out "the area" of other states (and I imagine in CA she was staying at a hotel). I wonder if MTV pays for that stuff when filming. Must be nice.

Farrah calls her dad Michael when she's being a b!tch. At least that is the trend I notice. When she needs him, he's "dad" but when she's just being herself, he's "Michael"
I cannot stand Farrah. It annoys me to just look at her. I have had enough of Sophia and that pacifier too.
Same goes for Bentley. The episode last night with Maci was just weird. It seemed almost scripted.
Amber- I admit I got a little emotional when Leah saw her room and watching Amber play with her because I thought (and it's likely editing) that this is the first time MTV has really shown Amber being so interested in Leah.
Cate- If I were B&T I would not want to bring Carly to their hometown, expose her to all of those people (Butch, April, etc). I would be more than fine with a visit, but on more neutral territory. It's going to be a tough decision to make and convey for B&T.
How cute was Carly's nose scrunching face? It looks cuter now that she is older!
Farrah is just a b!tch, plain and simple. She doesn't appreciate anything her parents do for her at all. I think she should move away and then she'll realize how much they help her.
Maci was absolutely ridiculous last night. I know a lot of women get baby fever when their baby gets to be that age but she's still a teen! She needs to slow it down. Thank God it seems that Kyle has a good head on his shoulders.
Just when I want to be hopeful for Amber, I remember that about a month ago she attempted suicide. She really needs some intense therapy and I can't help but feel like Leah should be taken away from them. She deserves so much better. At a time like this she shouldn't be worried about dating.
Catelynn and Tyler need to back off. They made a tough decision but they wanted to do what's best for her and it seems like they are forgetting that now.
I have very mixed emotions about Farrah. She's a total b!tch and I want to smack her sometimes. Then I think about the fact that her boyfriend died while she was pregnant. Considering she only came out with this info I think last season, there's a lot to the story we're missing. From what's been said so far, I get the impression that her parents weren't there for her at all during such a horrible time. I'm glad she's in therapy, but she should have been there a long time ago.
Farrah looks so much like Michael to me that it really confuses me how he can only be her step dad. Strange.
They all make a ton of money off of the show, doing interviews in magazines, etc. It's no wonder to me that Farrah is able to get a boob job, fly to California or look at $2k/month housing. (Sure her money will run out at this rate but she's got it now.) The others are the same- Amber doesn't work and just moved in to a fairly nice house, Maci doesn't work and has a nice place, and Catelynn works at a clothing store part time but is able to live on her own and buy Carly a crap ton of presents. They're all banking off of this show. In past seasons they all talked about money struggles, but now it's pretty obvious they're all doing fine as they lay on the couch watching their large flat screen TVs.
Also, I am really bothered by Leah's lack of development. It was really obvious to me last night. Maybe it's just around Amber but she doesn't seem to speak, babble, etc. Isn't she 2 now? She said "No" last night but the rest of the time she just sat there with a blank look on her face.
I wonder if she is just like this around Amber because she doesn't like her much? She seemed anxious/happy to leave with Gary's mom.
Isn't Leah a Scorpio?
Scorpios are apparently late talkers. I only know this because I was looking up my son's sign to see if it would give me some insight as to why he is so hard headed and sensitive, even at such a young age and saw that.
Not that signs are the be-all, end-all of everything. lol.
Can I just also say how stupid Maci sounded when she said, "I dropped my classes so I have more time to spend with Bentley." then takes him to daycare?
If she thinks he needs more socialization, well now she has time for play groups she can attend with him herself.
Then she says, "I wanna baby because Bentley is away half the week and I'm bored!"
Dude, that is when you should be doing school work! Or working!

From what I've read, Michael is her real dad. I agree that they look extremely similar which is why I questioned speculation that he is her stepfather. The source I read said that Farrah's mom did not change her name when she got married, but Farrah and her dad both have the last name Abraham. I was reading on my phone, so I don't recall what site it was but the explanation sounded sensible to me.
Once again, the only people I care about anymore are Catelynn and Tyler. Everyone else is becoming super annoying. Carly is such a beautiful baby. I felt bad for Tyler's mom when she was crying about calling Brandon and Teresa. She should know better than to just casually call them up, but I understand it must be hard when she just wants her son to be happy and have his daughter at his graduation.
Farrah is such a b!tch. Simply put. She acted like the realtor she called was a dumbass for not knowing that the school she wanted was a preschool. I thought she was wanting schools for herself until she randomly was like "Uh, noooooo" and spoke rudely to him.
I think what someone else said is a good idea. Let Farrah leave and find out for herself how long she can keep friends and have a job with a horrible attitude that she has.

Doesn't Maci's boyfriend look weird to you- he has a big head and odd face? Kinda monster-ish.
I do really like Tyler and Catelynn. They come from nothing but seem so grounded and seem to have a great relationship.
Yea, he's odd looking but meh, not everyone can be pretty on t.v..
