my quilts...many pics.
So, I don't think I ever told all of you quilters that I have been quilting for 15 years (how is that possible?!) and have made 121 quilts so far (that's crib size to king size...smaller projects not included). Long story short, I lost my mom when I was 15 and became obsessively quilting as sort of my therapy...which is how I have so many. I have pictures of every single one of them. I'm trying to transfer my finished quilt pictures to my blog, just in case our house burns down or something, I'd like to have a backup. I have been posting one every Tuesday for the last 18 weeks. I'm going to keep it up, one a week every Tuesday, all the way to 121. That way the pics will be backed up. Anyway, I thought I'd share in case anyone was inspired to replicate the pattern or colors.

Gosh, I wish I kept better track (slaps forehead). I think it was from McCalls a long time back (that doesn't help you). I'm also notorious for looking at something and creating it or creating as I go, so I can't say everything as a pattern. But on a positive note, what a cute siggy pic!
My immediate family has 6. Just 6. We'd need a much bigger house if we kept 121.

Wow Way to go!!! I need to ask my mom how many she thinks she's done. We currently have 15 lap quilts in her sewing room ( she has a sewing room and a cutting room...) that need to be bound and tied, on top of the 45 lap quilts we did last winter.
I finally found a quilt design that I really like and might try my hand at it.
