Anyone have laser hair removal?
I'm interested in starting laser hair removal on my bikini line but was hoping to find a recommended location. Also, if you can give me an estimate of expenses based on your location that would be fantastic!
Also, do you know whether you can continue session into pregnancy? I'd like to start TTC our next child within the year and wouldn't want to start and then stop the sessions.

I started getting laser hair removal a few months ago. I looked into three different places- Monarch Med Spa, Maryland Skin, Vein, and Laser Institute, and the Maryland Cosmetic Laser Institute. I picked the Maryland Cosmetic Laser Institute because of location (close to work and home), I'd heard excellent things about it from a friend, and I felt very comfortable with the staff. I really liked the staff and that all the procedures were performed by a nurse.
I don't think they will perform the procedures on you if you are pregnant but you might want to call to verify that. Also, they space your appointments out several weeks to give the hair a chance to grow so it actually takes time to get all your treatments done.
In terms of costs, I want to say bikini was anywhere from $800 to $1500, depending on how much of an area you wanted covered.

I love them. They are expensive, though - it was over $300 per session for bikini. They will not do it when you are pregnant - it could put stress on the baby. I know I always went into a minor state of shock when I was finished because it was so painful.
