Any pg ladies or Moms in Pinellas County?
Hello, my gyn stopped doing OB and I'm pregnant. I'm debating just going with another Dr in her office or finding a recommended OB. I live in Palm Harbor and see Dr Weinstock at Lerner, Rudolph, McCance and Assoc.

I am not pg, and have not had a baby - but I saw Dr. Kant at that practice and really liked her. Another girl on the board uses her and she delivered her daughter.

As for hospital, Mease Countryside is right by my house but so far I'm having a heck of a time finding someone who delivers there...just been looking online so far. I will have to start making some phone calls.
I have my first u/s w/my RE Thursday and then if all looks well I should be released to an OB.

i work l&d at mease countryside so heres a small list of OBs that deliver there:
-dr igel and robyn reese, cnm (this is who I am using- and they are both so wonderful)
-dr gallagher (super smart and a great doc but kind of strange personality that takes some time getting used to- love him though!)
-drs williams, goldman, and watson w/ gaye ficcorrotta, cnm (everyone in their group is pretty great)
-dr marks, patel, llewellyn, and pimental (1 male and 3 female docs- large group with diverse personalities)
there are plenty more if you want more choices but those would probably be my top recommendations.. the first 2 on the list are the most widely used by the labor nurses that work with me

I LOVE them. Dr Kant delivered my little monster. I have seen almost all the doctors in this practice and I do not have one bad thing to say about them or the nurses.
McCance is kind of a badass, too. She was in the army and is very straight forward. I love her.
I go to the Clearwater office, but I have never had any issues there.
