Weekend was good, went to a surprise b-day party
Best thing from yesterday was installing our new countertops! They're prrrreeeeeettty and I ? them.
Other than the hurricane on Sunday, the weekend was pretty productive. Friday night we stayed in and caught up on our TV, drank some dranks, and played some games. Saturday we spent a good chunk of the morning pre-emptively weeding our front yard before the storm made it worse, had lunch while Sam was still at my mom's house, and then grabbed her and visited at MIL's while the rain started falling. Sunday was Irene Day, and once it finally slowed down, we went out to eat at one of the only places open in Boston on Sunday, and it was good.
Yesterday, I wanted to do a lot more than I did, but I ended up having a 2-hour lunch with my friend and her daughter, who I hadn't seen in a while. Why was it 2 hours? Because when you have the power out, everyone wants to go out to eat, and when you have only 2 of 5 restaurants in the ares with power, it's going to be busy. Shame on me for thinking otherwise. And the food was really only sub-par because of said business, so other than having the quality time with my friend, it wasn't worth it.

Weekend was so-so. Nothing too adventurous.
Yesterday spent the day stressing over work, picking up the car from the dealership and yelling at Mark for his toddler behavior and temper tantrums this weekend.
Weekend was good. We shopped, we cleaned, I took some me time and went to see The Help.
The best thing I did yesterday was eat chicken & waffles.
How were your weekends? Pretty good. We got a new washer and dryer so....
What was the best thing you did yesterday? Laundry!! Yes I am a dork that got super excited to do laundry (I must be getting older)
My weekend was exhausting, I love my family but they're all so needy. Seeing friends was fun, especially the friends who are 7-8 months pregnant who I hadn't seen since they got KU. And next time I see them they'll be moms- crazy!
The best thing I did yesterday was eat a chocolate turtle shake from Steak N Shake. Nom.

How were your weekends? Weekend was good, pretty uneventful. Was rather productive getting stuff done around the house. Was solo Saturday night and watched several movies and a Say Yes to the Dress mini marathon.
What was the best thing you did yesterday? "best" being sarcastic, but I accidentially sent a bitchy email to my boss instead of a coworker about my boss. My coworked forwarded me an email from my new boss (bitching about her). I opened the parent message to read the forwarded email, and responded to the parent message rather than to my coworker. Didn't realize what I did until I got an email from my boss saying "we need to talk about this." Eff me. But 95% doesn't even care. I dare you to fire me, you'd be doing me a favor.
