happy tuesday!
nothing super interesting yesterday. i had to catch up on tasks around the house...i hate when h isn't home, because i have no incentive to cook. normally if he isn't home, i just eat junk...ramen of sorts...but now with baby, i'm forced to eat healthy but cooking for yourself is hard.
i'm going grocery shopping today for our annual labor day camping trip. i'm really excited, since the weather will be great, plus it will be my last time camping for at least a year.

Last night we went and got some sushi for dinner and hit up the Borders closing sale. There were some really good deals to be had! If you haven't checked it out, you should!
Going to the Sounders game tonight, so hopefully it doesn't start pouring later this afternoon.
This weather is making me long for boots and sweaters. I know if sounds weird, but the older I get the more I'm learning to appreciate fall and cold weather.
Jenn, that's funny that you don't cook when your H isn't home. I find that I cook more when he's not home because I make stuff that I like, but he doesn't like. So then I end up gorging on stuff.
my h isn't picky...so everything i cook, he eats---even if i did something wrong and it tastes horrible, he eats it all, gets seconds, and never complains. it's one of his best traits. so easy to take care of.
i love fall weather. sunny and cold is the best.

This weather is throwing me for a loop too. Do I bust out the new fall clothes? It seems to early. I work again this afternoon, just a couple of hours. I should be getting some things done around the house but I've been pretty lazy.
Jenn: camping sounds like it will be fun. I'm not a camper myself but I used to when I was a kid and it was enjoyable.
I had the same exact dilemma this morning! It's weird because the calendar says August and this weekend is supposed to be in the 80's, but some kids started school today.
Blah. That's how I feel about today.
I walked out of the house with a 3/4 sleeve shirt on today and didn't think twice about it until I felt raindrops downtown. Whoops. A jacket might have been nice.
I have a meeting in Kirkland tonight that I'm less than thrilled to be going to.

It's such a dreary day in Kent!
This. No joke! This morning I wanted to wear a scarf! I opted for a sweater instead. But I can't wait for the crisp cool weather to come, I love fall! I know I shouldn't be wishing summer away when we haven't even seen it but honestly, I'm tired of the tease.
I did nothing last night. My life is so boring.. but I should probably get use to it, lol.

Good morning! I work all day, hopefully it will go by quickly. I work at a comic book store and DC comics is starting their relaunch tomorrow. I'm very excited about it!
