What fabric softener do you use on your Fitteds? I was going to get ecover, but then saw someone mention that 7th generation works better. Also do you soak overnight? Thanks!!

Re: Stephanie/Kristen

  • I don't use fabric softner. I dry my fitteds in the dryer.  I don't soak overnight, but since we got a new washer I've had to do an hour long soak before washing.

  • I bought 8 wool dryer balls and I'm in love!! I had purchased a used GM off of spots and it was all crunchy (ya, it said EUC...not!), but it's soft again thanks to the dryer balls. I sun the fitteds and then fluff in the dryer with the dryer balls with low or no heat for a bit. Oh, and I love how soft my towels and sheets are now too :)

I did buy some Ecover to have on hand, but haven't tried it yet.

  • Hmm maybe I'll dry the dryer balls.

Kristen-where did you get yours?  I was going to buy some on etsy.
