what are your thoughts on this?
So Quint loves to play pretend kitchen. I really want to get him a quality one but they are expensive so I thought I'd get a used on off Craig's List.
The ONLY one I can find is pink. Would that matter to you?

Re: what are your thoughts on this?
what if I am putting it in a "bonus room" that you would only see if you chose to come in the house, walk through the house, up the stairs, down the hallway, past all the bedrooms, to the end of a long hall into another room?
i really want this for me!!!
don't judge met
I'd go for it! I would have loved that kitchen as a kid!
If you're put off by the pink, can you spray paint it? Or what about making one yourself? There's some woman who has a blog with all woodworking projects--some Ana something lady--a lot of the girls on D&R use her plans for their DIYs. I think there is a play kitchen on there.
then that would be badass. I'd love to make some pretend cookies in that kitchen.
Can you paint it??
I'm on a mac and can't make it clicky. BOO.
I don't think I could spray paint it because I suck at that kind of thing. It is so awesome though.
I may wait for a different color
I don't NEED it right now I just want it.
I have seen some amazing DIY ones from old TV cabinets, bedside tables and such on Pinterest. I will try to find you a link.

I second this. The other one you posted is nice, but not for the price difference.
If you can't spray paint, just paint it with a roller and brush.
Plus, the first one looks like it's big enough that it can be modified to be used as real storage for toys, even once he outgrows the kitchen. or take off the doors and you have his book shelves, etc.
I agree! I actually love pink so I'm probably biased.

To make it clicky on a Mac, you just put in front and after.

I knew it was going to be that kitchen. If you have your heart set on it I'd go for it. I'd say the red version is a lot harder to find on CL as it tends to be less popular.
We just have a very plain, but nice, one that is unfinished wood. Do you have any mill stores near you or anything like that? They might have one you would like that you could paint whatever color you wanted.
