If you ask me for a report with YTD information, it will only include 2011 data. I'm not an effing mind-reader
Anyone else dealing with stupid today? Tell me I'm not alone.
Re: Grrrr
YTD to me = Jan 1 to the present.
I am dealing with writer's block today. Blerg.
This client refuses to HEAR anything we say. They have an idea in their heads as to how things "should be" and refuse to listen to feedback from actual people as to how things actually ARE.
Hate.
I haven't been on the Nest in a day and 1/2 (record for me.) Came here before my head explodes. I've been on a call for 2 hours deciding whether the ER copay for 2 cities in PA should be $100 or $200
2 frickin hours.

To me YTD= Jan 1 -present unless your fiscal calendar year is something else, in which case it IS helpful to say, "fiscal YTD" vs. "calendar YTD" for your request.
I'm not dealing with idiots today. But there is always tomorrow.

My dh is lucky I didn't smother him while he was awake this morning!
And I am dealing with all kinds of stupidity today. It is really, really making me a very unpleasant person!
