when h and i closed on our house, we made "carpet angels" (okay fine i did, he didn't), and then blew up an air mattress and slept in the living room in front of the fireplace. we didn't even bother *actually* moving that day, just maybe 4 boxes total.
owning a house is so much fun! you'll love it!

Kinmir - you're sort of right..we started house hunting before the wedding and then put it on hold when it got close to W-day. It's been 1.5 years of searching for the right house!
Karimychel - we were talking last night. Hubby said, "So what are we going to do after we get our keys?" I replied, "Go in and lie down on the floor!" He said, "that's what I thought." Hee hee! I said I thought we should also have a picnic on our dining room floor and he agreed that's what he had been figuring out what food we should get.
OMGOSH, 7.5 hours!! SQUEEEE
