  • You can find foreclosed listings on websites devoted just to them. I can't think of any off hand but just google "foreclosures+where you live" and websites will come up. They often come with a fee, though, of around 10-30 bucks a month...

  • I wouldn't pay a fee. ?Once they are foreclosed on, the bank lists them on the MLS. ?Also, you can typically go directly on bank's websites and a lot of times they'll have them listed there.
