Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Hoping you ladies can help. I'm currently on the patch (since February) but I'm thinking about going off of it. My mood swings are off the chart (this cycle especially for some reason), and it's effected my "yoga" as well. I seem to have trouble getting going, then staying in the mood. I'd like to get off any form of hormone BC and I think some of you use natural methods. Got any advice?

I agree with Amandasw. I've tried a bunch of things and they all worked a little different. One gave me boobs, one made me crazy and one was just right.
