Wednesday! How is everyone today? I went and walked around the mall for a while last night and ended up with a few more thing from Old Navy.
Tonight hopefully Derek will be back to the house. My plans include cleaning and folding laundry. Thrilling.

Back to the grind for me today. I am ready for Friday already. I have only been here for 2 hours, and already slammed. Thats what I get for taking a couple of days off.
Tonight I am hoping to tackle our bedroom. It looks like a tornado has gone through, and I can't take it anymore. Otherwise, normal routines.

I'm still playing catch up from being away at that meeting yesterday. And that's after working late last night. I'm exhausted and feel like I'm catching a cold. So tonight I'm planning on a quiet evening at home and hopefully going to bed early. This 3 day weekend can't come soon enough.
Hello ladies. Just got back from a nice lunch with a friend - she just started a job close to my office and I'm so happy to have a friend in the area to lunch with! Hoping to get out early today since it's my parents last night with us. My mom's cooking a yummy Mexican feast for us, so have that to look forward to when I get home.

Good Morning.
We are 5 for 5 on no shows on our condo showings. What is wrong with people? You can't just call and say you aren't coming. We have now wasted 5 evenings for nothing, our tenant leaves every showing and it is just getting old. We live about an hour away too. I hope our luck changes soon.
Tonight, we are picking up our photos from the maternity shoot. I am so excited to see them. We really need to mow our lawn so hopefully the sun comes out soon so we can do that.

I woke up to a phone call from DH telling me that in our secure parking garage everyone on the top floor was broken into.
Our cars are all right but it makes me worried.
Other than that same old stuff.
I am in a foul mood today so I am trying to stay clear of everyone until I can get myself a little hapiper.
Last night was uneventful and I actually went for a walk with the boys. It was so nice. I am excited about the weekend and its finally going to be 89. Tonight will be the same old routine.
Morning ladies. I'm kinda cranky this morning. It took me forever to get to work this morning. For some reason the subway was backed up and I had to wait for 3 trains and then squish on. I have a ton to do at the office, and then I have to drive up to my grandpa's to bring him more cat food for the kitties. As much as I'm loving having new bathrooms, I can't wait for them to be finished. It's taking WAY longer than I expected, and I'm definitely over the hassle it is causing to everyday life.
Good morning! It's been a weird one for me - I'm at my parents' place and accidentally ingested some bleach (long story - it was diluted in a lot of water), so we called poison control and they said it was fine... but my tongue was burning for a good hour!
I think I'm going to try my hand at sewing today. We're going to go to this awesome discount fabric shop in the east end (we're in the west) I'm planning on making some very, very simple napkins. The only matching sets we have are really old and not so pretty looking.

Good morning. Today has not started off well for me. I'm a mess and I spilled half a bottle of water all over my desk this morning. I'm not liking my job right now, which makes it tough to spend 8+ hours there every day. Fortunately, my boss is out Thursday and Friday, Monday is a holiday and I have jury duty on Tuesday, so I'll get a bit of a break from here.
I don't have any plans for this evening. I have a scarf in progress that I should work on so I can start something new. That's about it. I'm a boring person these days.

I finally got my day to return to work, and I'm not thrilled. I can't believe the doc had me go back so early after all the complications and such. Not to mention, I still have appointments to hopefully figure out what's going on. I think I'd be less sad about it if I actually liked my job. I can't wait to find something new that I enjoy going to every day. Back to job hunting. Ugh.
I'm super grateful it's Wednesday already though. I look forward to the weekends now to actually have DH home to spend some time with. It gets super lonely just staying home all day by myself. I also feel like such a lump just watching TV all day and mixing it up with a few errands or quick visits.

I had a meeting after work last night for a professional society I'm on the board of. It was nice to see everyone, but there wasn't much food, so by the time I got home I was starving and it was late.
DH had a vendor meeting yesterday which consisted of wake boarding and hanging on a boat and he came home complaining. I was kind of mean to him, because I spent 9 hours at my sh!tty job then 4 hours at a meeting while he roughed it on a boat.
I'm having a crappy morning. Our coffee maker broke a few days ago and we haven't replaced it. Then last night we realized our new washing machine isn't working. This morning I tried to toast my bagel and the toaster isn't working either. I'm just pissed that everything seems to be breaking down even though it's all easily replaceable.
Also I know my boss had a horrible meeting and I'm afraid of how she's going to be today. She's about to go on vacation and I have tons of stuff for her to review. She's not going to be a happy camper which means my already sh!tty mood will be even worse soon.
Tonight will be low key. DH has class so I won't need to make dinner. I'll probably just have a sandwich and some fruit. Hope everyone has a better day than me.
Afternoon! Not much going on here--last night was quiet and I got myself to bed as early as possible. Tonight should be a gym night, but I honestly don't know if my motivation level will be high enough to actually go. We'll see. As for right now, time for lunch! Have a good one.

Back from the hospital - I had some cardiac testing done last week and again this morning. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for the results. Boo.
I really don't feel like working, but I have quite a bit to do after being on vacation.

Snoopy: I was approved by the superintendent, and have all the paperwork ect done. to get the contract the board has to give their stamp next week. but this district is waayyyy less shady than my other one.
today i am feeling overwhelemed. i have a lot to get done and no time because school starts tomorrow. however, i will probably just go into work early these next 2 days and stay late and get all caught up.
also i just got a flat tire, so i'm posting on my droid from the parking lot waiting for aaa go me!
Afternoon! I hate the transition from being a daytime nestie to a nighttime nestie...
School today was good mostly...just getting things done in my room for the most part. But I did go to one of the most traumatic parent meetings ever today...there were WAY too many people in the tiny room we met in so we were crammed in. The student and younger sibling were at the meeting and playing with blocks and making all kinds of noise, so it was hard to hear what was going on, and to top it off at one point the student flicked some little metal rod and it spun off and hit one of my teammates in the eye. The actual conversation at the meeting wasn't that bad, but the circumstances around it were insane and I left feeling totally fried.
Tonight I am taking a rest night because I just plain don't feel like running. I made spagetti sauce for dinner, so it will be easy whenever Ed gets home.

Blender - I feel you on not feeling like running. I took yesterday off because I was exhausted and had a nap so I felt like I HAD to today. I managed to run 4miles and they SUCKED.
Work was pretty standard but I'm feeling pretty moody. I'm working straight through until next Tuesday and I'm hoping I get into a better mood for it soon.
