What did you have for breakfast?
breakfast is the most important meal of the day, y'all!
I woke up starving and made pancakes with in a pince Aunt Jemimah just add water pancake mix and sugar free syrup. Paired with a giant 16 ounce glass of orange juice. I threw my blueberries away last night because I kept getting ones that were bad and tasted like poison. Thinking of keeping some frozen ones on hand for days like today.

My DS would've liked to have breakfast at your house this morning. The kid is pancake crazy. In fact, I promised him if he was really good at preschool today, we'd do breakfast for dinner (which we never do) with pancakes for a special treat.
Of course, he wanted pancakes for breakfast too, but he got a bagel instead. All I've had is coffee, but I'll probably have some greek yogurt after I work out. Which I probably should get off the computer and go do.
I bet your pancakes are much better than my Aunt Jemimah BOGO boxed ones! I'm off to check your blog

Aegis, you win the healthy award! Actually sounds delicious too, with lots of peanut butter.
1st breakfast - oatmeal with banana and coffee
2nd breakfast - banana with peanut butter
I wound up having plain non fat greek yogurt with little chocolate protein powder & vanilla recovery powder mixed in and then spooned on top of a banana. It felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast.
My favorite breakfast is a combination of the two you had- oatmeal with peanut butter and banana (and coffee, of course).
