It's been a while! AW: New Cardigan
I haven't posted here in a while--I've missed you guys! I just didn't have anything finished at the time. I switched jobs and had to find myself a new place to buy buttons.
So here it is: Summer Plum by Veera Valimaki
This was probably one of the easiest patterns I've knit in a while. It's basically a stockinette raglan with garter edges. It would easily be a first sweater for someone looking to branch out from scarves.
I loved the yarn, too! It's Tern by Quince & Co., which is a Maine company with gorgeous, excellent quality yarn. Soft, shiny, and with excellent stitch definition. Highly recommended.
I have another cardigan all finished now, too, but it came out too big for me 
Maybe, if you're nice to me, I'll show that one off, too.

Seriously, when did you become such a tease?
Lovely project, as usual. I really like the color. And I've decided I'm a really bad knitter because I just can't get my first knit garment done. I got frustrated with trying to get it to work and have set it aside for at least a couple of months now and have not picked up a hook or needle in what feels like foreeeever (aside from a small project I did for a Nestie's daughter).
Maybe I'll be inspired again once Fall rolls around.
You only knit for your dogs?? You are missing out! It's okay to be a little selfish with your knitting...or a lot selfish as the case may be
