Oh alright: my other cardigan
I've been holding onto this one for a while--I didn't have buttons for it and then I washed it a couple of times to see if it would shrink. No dice, the final product is still too big for me. Sad.
This pattern is a Twist Collective purchase, for those interested: Madrigal. I wouldn't call this one a beginner pattern, but I really loved that it was seamless. Plus, I like the diamond lace panels that run down the front and the sleeves.
More about this one in my last blog post for those so inclined.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this one, since it fits a good size or two large on me. I can't decide if I should frog it and try again or give it to someone very lucky for Christmas. Hmm.

Out of curiosity, how long does it take for you to do a sweater, both total time worked and calendar-wise?

Hourly? I have no idea. I have to keep track of my time at work and don't have much inclination to do it at home. The average sweater takes me about 3 weeks. I've knit one in as few as 5 and there's one that took me about 2 years to complete (worth it).
This one in particular took 12 days. So let's say I averaged 2 hours per day (increased time on weekends making up for those nights when I was too tired to knit). That would mean this one took about 25 hours total.
