So I will be around a TON more!

Hi Ladies,

So get ready to see me posting a lot! I am on bedrest! :(  Lawson is looking great but He is practicing contractions a little too much. My little overachiever needs to slow down!  I am not dialated at all BUT they don't want to take any chances.

I see a high risk OB tomorrow. I hope to get more info.

I am nervous but hopeful! I will do whatever it takes to keep him cooking.

**FB friends please don't say anything on there as I am not sharing this info with  everyone IRL until I have more info.***

Thoughts and Prayers for Lawson are always appreciated.

Re: So I will be around a TON more!

  • Well definitely follow the doctor's orders!! My SIL had to do that with all three of her pregnancies and the babies were all fine because of it. I'm sure it will get a little boring, but hopefully it will go fast. Will you have to do this for the remainder of your pregnancy? Good luck, will be thinking of you and little Lawsone!
  • hanks for the encouraging story! I don't know how long I will have to do it. Hopefully High risk Dr will tell me tomorrow. I feel a lot better today then I did yesterday, so that is encouraging.
  • Follow those doctor's orders and: rent plenty of good movies, get some great books, and a few Sudoku or puzzle books.  Keep that little baby cooking!  My thoughts and prayers go out to you and little Lawson.  Keep us posted!
  • I'm thinking of you both!  That must have been scary.  I'm glad he's looking good and that your doctor got right on it.  Hopefully the contractions will slow down soon, but until then get lots of rest!

What did the contractions feel like?

Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • Molly- the contractions were painful in my back and I could feel my stomach get hard. The biggest clue was they were short and frequent but not consistent.

Aweilba- Thanks! I will keep everyone posted.
