My nurse and I are both wondering how much you should tip your hairdresser? Let's say your haircut cost $36, how much would you tip?

I've been going to my hair dresser for years.
This
minimum 20% unless it was awful. I've been going to my hairdresser for like 8 years and I love her, so she usually gets more like 25% from me.
It's $90 for a cut/highlights for me and I always, always, always tip him $30. He's one of my good friends and I've been going to him since he was in cosmetology school like 6 years ago.
If I get just a haircut its $30 and I tip him $15.
