BCP question
So...
I started the pill a week and a half ago. At that time my OB said start taking on Sunday (I had yet to get my post partum 1st period), so I started taking.
Well yesterday I start getting cramps and all that goes with it. Is it common to get your period when you start a new pill if you have not finished the pack?
Will I get it again in 1.5 weeks when I finish the pack?
Or is this only "spotting?" Even with cramps?
This happen to anyone?

I am probably the last person to be giving advice on this considering I haven't been on the pill in a long time and my last period was February....
However, I would consider it breakthrough bleeding which happens a lot on BCP when you first get on them. Is it enough you need a pad/tampon or just a little?

Ash- I def needed something this morning and yesterday for a bit; right now it is kind of light but cramps are enough to make me take something.

I had a month like that last October where the BCP they had me on did that. It was super fun *sarcasm*
