I agree that does look screen printed. You could do it with freezer paper, just will take some time because you want to make sure when you iron that every thing is straight.
I wonder if you could use iron on paper and just design it in word or some other program and then print on your computer and iron it on. I have some iron on paper that you can print on and I am thinking about doing that for a halloween onesie.
Can you just use transfer paper?
