Morning all. We had a storm come through around 2:30 last night. We were awoken shortly before we could hear the storm because apparently Chloe was scared and needed some pets. Silly kitty.
We don't have much on the go tonight, more cleaning and probably packing to go away for the weekend.
How is everyone today?

We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

Re: Good Morning!
Good morning!
I feel like I'm just dragging today and feeling terribly sleepy. Today I have a long day at school and work. I can't wait to be home tonight and just sleep.
Hello ladies. My parents left today, so things should be quiet around the apartment tonight. Don't have any plans, other than just straighten up a little. And maybe catch up on some tv I couldn't/didn't watch while they were here.
Cecilia arrived 12 October 2012
It hasn't been a good morning. So far, I've spent it crying because my symptoms seem to be going away. I'm just terrified about the appointment tomorrow. I just want to go home and wallow and I can't because I have a stupid meeting this afternoon with a member of the city council that I never wanted in the first place. My boss, who did want the meeting, is freaking out of town.

Hugs, Reba. I hope today goes by quickly and tomorrow brings nothing but big smiles for you. Sending you vibes and good thoughts.
Morning. Nothing much going on over here--I made it to the gym last night, but didn't get there until 9pm. But hey, it got done. H and I had a late dinner and then just went to bed. It was a rough day for him yesterday, so I'm hoping today goes better.
Tonight should be quiet, nothing much going on. Have a good one, all.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
Hugs, reba. I'll definitely be sending vibes your way.
Nothing too exciting here. I had lunch with my brother yesterday and got an awesome fortune cookie. Most of you have probably seen it on FB, but just in case you missed it, it said, "A new pair of shoes will do you a world of good!" Awesome.
Last night I mostly cleaned up around my house. I think my mom will be staying with us part of the weekend, so I'll be spending most of my evenings cleaning up the house. I'm also trying to get back into a routine of working out because I have definitely been slacking there lately.
Hugs Reba, Raynes has a great point. I didn't have any symptoms at all until I was about 7 weeks along. Nothing but positive thoughts and vibes for your appointment tomorrow!
Nothing too exciting here, just work and then home to make dinner. SIL and our nieces are coming over.
Have a great day ladies!
Reba, I agree with the others, symptoms come and go, and sometimes never come (with the exception of a growing belly). Keeping you in my T&P's, hoping tomorrow brings great news for you!!
My night was NOT interesting at all. We took the bandage off of Christian's belly button, and it appears it is healing nicely. You would never know he had surgery, seriously I think it made him more hyper than he already is.
Tonight will be a low key night, same old stuff.
Well back to my crazy work day ladies.
Morning! DH and I were lazy last night, but I'm still dragging today. I think I really need this weekend to recharge.
Work is ridiculously crazy and I'm not looking forward to this afternoon which is pointless back to back meetings.
Reba- Sending you hugs and thoughs. I am sure everything is fine and you will get a good report tomorow.
Katsblaze- Glad your little man is doing okay. So funny about him being more hyper. I truly wish I had half of preston's energy. Maybe my house wouldn't be a disaster.
Last night was nice. Preston learned how to climb on top of the couch with his toy so thtat was intresting. I had to take him oustide and let him play for a bit because he was just to excited about his new freedom.
Tonight I have a soccer meeting with Jordan's coach and other teammates. I will be assistant coaching this year so I am excited to be able to relax this year a little more. I have coached him for the past 3 years.
Hugs reba... keeping you in my T&Ps. Hope you have a great appointment tomorrow!
I'm having a quiet morning. Yesterday we had a few visitors - a good friend from high school came in the afternoon with her two little girls, and V's cousin dropped by for dinner. Darian seems to love attention because he always seems to behave better when people are around... not to mention that he loves the camera.

Good (late) morning everyone!
I'm so sad to be back at work after an amazing long weekend (well, this is really my second day back to work but I was too busy to post in yesterday's Good Morning thread.) H and I had the best time at the Cape house over the weekend, despite the fact that we were battling the hurricane all of Sunday. The wind was actually quite a bit worse than I imagined, but luckily we didn't have any broken windows and we never even lost power for any extended period of time! We did see downed power lines down the street though, and I guess about 20% of our town lost power, but we were lucky.
Saturday we went to a nice dinner on the ocean and then came home and had our tiny version of our wedding cake; the mini-cake has been my favorite anniversary tradition thus far, lol. H got me a very nice bracelet for a gift but I think I might try to exchange it for a different one this weekend. Sunday we were inside all day because of the storm but I read a lot, H had to do some work, and we watched TONS of True Blood on DVD. Monday was all gorgeous blue skies, as if the storm never happened - but it was a bit breezy for the beach, so we took a long walk, went kayaking, went to the batting cages, arcade and mini golf, went out to eat and got ice cream. So much fun! And all of Tuesday we were on our beach. I want to go back now!
Work is busy and I need to stay late to make up for being away. Tonight is gym and scrounging up dinner somehow. I need to grocery shop badly, but I doubt I will be able to until this weekend. H is home again from Saturday-Tuesday, yay!
Morning ladies! Reba I also want to say I agree with everyone else. The symptoms come and go so please try not to worry about it right now.
I'm having a great morning so far. DH thinks he may have fixed our washing machine so I'm going to test it out over the weekend. Today is my boss' last day before her vacation which makes me happy because I think I will have a pretty relaxing start to my weekend tomorrow. After work I'll probably hang out at my parent's house for a bit then go for a walk with Olivia and the dog. It's been a long week and I just need some downtime. Hope everyone has a good day.
We've been having a lazy morning today. I really need to try and not get used to this too much. I go back to work pretty soon. It should be a rude awakening. DH will also have to start getting up for night feedings, too. Definitely an adjustment for everyone.
Tonight my BFF is coming over for a walk through the neighborhood with me and the munchkin. It'll be nice to get out of the house for a bit. Plus, it's looking like a really nice day. I'm nervous it'll get too hot by the time we go and I'll melt even more than I already am. We took out our AC units for the hurricane and still haven't decided if we'll put them back in. I think we're headed into fall already.
Hey ladies,
Once I get more caught up at work I'll be sure to check in during the day. Today was amazing, It went super fast! I hope it gets less overwhelming when things calm down.
I have nothing great to add other than I miss my baby so much when I'm at work and feel like a terrible mom. Any working moms have tips?
