The female cashier I had at Staples name was Michael. Not Michelle, or Michaela (Mi-kay-la)...Michael.
Why do people do this to their children? Michael is 100% a boy's name, not even close to uni-sex. And I usually don't mind when people use slightly more boy names on girls. For example I know a Ryan and a Corbin who are both female. And I think the names totally work for them, even though they are usually boys names. But Michael as a girl? No.
