Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So frustrating
My HR dept. at work is claiming that I didn't fill out my Tuition Reimbursement paperwork in time and now they don't want to give me anything for the classes they insisted I take. 
AND I JUST talked to her last week and gave her a copy of my summer class grade. She said I should get my check by the end of this week (tomorrow).
So what changed? I have no idea, but I'm furious.
The paperwork needed to be signed and turned in by May 7th, 2011 - I had it turned in by April 13th. I made copies, so I know for a fact it was turned it.
My boss is fortunately on my side, but HR is fighting me.
I'm so mad. I told DH and he said that if they don't reimburse me I shouldn't bother going back after my maternity leave.
Hopefully it gets worked out because I'm going to be really mad if I don't get paid back, it's not like it was exactly easy to come up with that money.

Stand up for something you believe in.
I tried that, unfortunately he can't do anything until the HR lady approves it.
If I would have known that this was going to be such a pain, I wouldn't have agreed to this in the first place.
I'm happy I'm learning a new skill, but the run around involved is a bit ridic.

I was just thinking this.
I hope it all gets straightened out. It's not fair to encourage and offer to pay for the class and then back out of the agreement.
