Acupuncture for fertility?
Hi Ladies,
I got a glowing recommendation from a coworker/friend for the Texas Center for Reproductive Acupuncture in Plano. She ultimately went the IVF route (because it was paid for by her DH's insurance) but felt like if she had stuck with the acupuncture she would have conceived 'naturally' after 3 years of trying. My problem isn't really so much the getting-PG part, as much as the staying-PG part and they had a bit on their website about preventing miscarriage, which I thought was interesting.
I noticed that this practice is based in Austin and wanted to see if anyone here had used them. Also, I know it's been talked about but would love to hear more acupuncture experiences in general (both positive and negative). This isn't covered by my insurance so it would be an investment for us. I'm excited about the possible benefits.
