Our internet has been running really slowly. We contacted the cable company and they are sending someone out to look at their modem (?) (we have regular cable tv/internet). DH said the guy mentioned we are using a ton of bandwidth. DH was surprised - because I don't really do anything with big files or storage, and DH runs some business stuff, but it has never been a problem before. Then we both realized we use Netflix a LOT (for the kids - pretty much in lieu of regular cable TV).
I still have no idea what the problem is with our Internet issues (Netflix getting hung up constantly), but aside from that, how well does your Netflix work? I see too that you can report actual Netflix problems through Netflix. So in general, what, if any problems have you had using Netflix?
Re: Netflix - anyone have issues w/bandwith etc?
I posted about this awhile back also, and it seemed that many others were having problems as well.
We've had issues with Netflix properly loading. Sometimes it won't log in at all. Other times it will log in after a few tries. Sometimes it logs in just fine but a few titles or a whole row of them won't load. It's frustrating.
We couldn't figure out if it was our sucky internet (AT&T), our PS3, or Netflix. After discussing it on here and hearing that others are having issues I think it might be Netflix, but I'm not positive.
I'm having trouble on my computer, but I can watch fine on my phone. ..this makes no sense to me.
