Lots of picnics! On Saturday we have a picnic at a friend's house and on Sunday we have my family's annual clam bake at my aunt and uncle's. Monday will hopefully be a pool day!

April Nesties March siggy challenge: Next Vacation, Anguilla!!
Saturday plans are still tentative, but we do know we are going out with DH's siblings for his sister's BF's 21st bday.
Sunday Greg is golfing in the morning and then we have a family reunion in the afternoon. We may stop by his aunt's house later for a pool/end of summer party.
Monday I think we are going to pick apples. It's supposed to be great weather, so we figured that would be a good day to do so.
i have a karate competition on saturday. i'm competing in 3 different events. ACK. Wish me luck please??????
Sunday i'm going to brunch with a bunch of people. not sure about the rest of the weekend though. DH is going to work some overtime on sunday and monday so i will be all by my lonesome

Ummm.. nothing? Life has been so crazy lately that I didn't even realize this is Labor Day weekend until a couple days ago. My dad is coming up from FL to see my sister, so maybe I'll head down there to see the family. Other than that, I'm sure some plans will pop up last minute... they always do.
Low key stuff... Cleaning and washing... Maybe the beach on Monday... Our plans changed at the last moment due to my Hubby's work schedule..
We had planned to rent at Fontainebleau in Miami Beach....

Sunday we bought my step-dad tickets to go to a Cub's game. We bought 4 hoping we'd come along and he finally asked us to come hahaha.
So yeah, it will be expensive so we won't do much other then that. And getting very drunk since Labor Day is Monday and we don't have to work!
Watching college football on Saturday (I can't believe this is all starting over again already). Sunday there is a road rally (kind of a scavenger hunt on gravel roads...like a clue will say "Chief says go left", so then you'll see a "Chief" grain bin at someone's farm and you go left at the next turn). It sounds stupid, but it is REALLY fun and lasts for like four hours, and we usually end up getting lost. However, Jeff IS on call this weekend, so if I go it will be with friends. Bummer.
Monday I have postponed my class from 6 am to 10 am (cause I'm sleeping in!), and then after that maybe some cleaning, laundry or groceries...whatever happens I guess. : )...Oh, AND see my TMI post...wink wink...
H has to work, so something low key around the homestead :-)
Saturday my gf's and I are hoping to go visit the new King Memorial in DC, and some of the others...weather permitting! But beyond that, I soooo need a low key weekend!!
Saturday will be my free day to run around on errands, Sunday I'm on call for maintenance emergencies (don't worry I have a backup guy if I need real maintenance skills) from like 1pm-?, then again from 3:30-?? So I'll try to stay somewhat local and do some cleaning around the house and more studying and crocheting. I only live like 3 minutes from the property so I can get there in a jiffy.
Hopefully since I'm an hourly employee and the maintenance backup doesn't have keys it means I go with him and am present, so I would get paid extra for those hours! I am not sure if it's time+1/2 or regular because of the holiday. I'll find out tomorrow.
