flying to or from myrtle beach? advice?
booooooo.... my inlaws invited me down to their timeshare in september. i would drive down with them and then fly back since i'd only go for a few days and they are staying for two weeks. i really want to go but the flights are so expensive!! and the one cheap-ish ticket i found was get this: fly from MB, to charlotte, to NYC, to baltimore. now that makes a whole lot of sense, doesn't it? the travel time was almost as much as driving. i suppose i could see about renting a car and driving back...
advice?
Me:39 Dx LPD, Fibroid, AMA and all that goes with that. H:37 Dx low motility and low morphology. TTC since 3/12. Clomid 8/12 and 9/12: BFN. 11/12 on a break for Myomectomy sched. 11/26. Resume TTC early 2013.
Re: flying to or from myrtle beach? advice?
the problem with a bus is i tend to get carsick and the fumes and stuff exacerbate it for me. i know, totally sound like a diva but it can make a long bus ride a terrible experience... le sigh. i could do the dramamine route but if it doesn't take it could be pretty miserable since it's such a long ride.
i keep seeing great air prices to florence, SC which is about seventy miles away so if i can find a cheap option to transport me from there to MB that may be the route.
my IL's timeshare has 3 pools and a lazy river - i just can't pass that up! it's been like 3 years since i've had a vacay!!!
If you can get into Florence (that's where Kellie Rasberry from Kidd Kraddick is from haha) you can rent a car for dirt cheap to drives that 70 miles if the IL's don't offer to come and get you and you can just drop it off and do one day rental and do the same on the way back.
I agree that sounds fantastic so I would try to do it!
i am thinking about doing this but the IL's are insisting on coming to get me which is sweet but i don't want to trouble them.
problem now is i forgot i had promised this lady i'd pet sit for her so if i can't get someone to cover me on that then i'm outta luck.
