Boot Camp

Would be so much more fun if it didn't hurt so bad. Seems after every session something different is hurting! After Wednesday this week, my wrist started acting up. Today I feel like I pulled something in my groin area and my shin splints are killer.

Oh well... week two is down! Weight loss is zero, but I can tell I'm stronger than when I started.

Re: Boot Camp

  • They're not stretching you enough if you're insanely sore.  There should be a good warm-up/cool down with good stretching.  It's ok to hurt a bit, but you shouldn't be hurting that badly.
  • The general soreness is not bad at all (well, it was after the first couple of days, but not anymore). I just seem to keep hurting myself. No idea how I hurt my wrist. This morning I know what I did to my leg/groin and thank goodness it's feeling a little better this afternoon than it did this morning.
