I saw in the TGIF post that you were looking for a dessert idea. I made these yesterday, and they're awesome! I actually melted the chocolate/milk mixture in my microwave, so I didn't even mess with a pan. Oh, and I used 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs rather than whole graham crackers for the crust. I'm not sure if they go with a turkey dinner, but if you're looking for a more summery dessert, they taste amazing!

Great idea...they're super easy, too! Peach pie sounds awesome...and all the peaches are so fresh right now!
You should do a peach crumble! With some ice cream! Something like this:
