2. If you were given free reign to create a roadside attraction, what would you create? Something where kids and puppies could run around and get their energy out and something with good food since those place usually only have fast food!
3. What were the last food and/or drink items you bought from a vending machine? Wow its been a REALLY long time though my friend bought DH and I a water from a vending machine in Disney.....
4. When was the last time you deliberately surprised someone else? Probably DH for our wedding when I got him the groom's cake though I'm working on a surprise party for my sister's b-day!

Plans for the (long) weekend?Finally going to get my freakin wedding video which has been done for almost a year now but has been sitting at our photog's studio because DH and I can't seem to get our butts down there. So I'm going down by myself since DH is working which is sad since its SUCH a cute town to walk around for lunch and whatnot. Then no plans in place until Monday for a BBQ.
1. If their objective was to judge us, what would the worst place be for extraterrestrials to land in the U.S. and observe Americans? Hahaha...I would say Karma bar at Jersey Shore while the cast is filming. Don't get me wrong, I'm addicted as hell...but they are a complete train wreck!
2. If you were given free reign to create a roadside attraction, what would you create? Some type of haunted house thing...a really good one...one that was like a haunted house/hotel in one! : )
3. What were the last food and/or drink items you bought from a vending machine? Um....Lord....I honestly have done neither is so long. I will go with water for drink because I always do that at hotels, and maybe like Famous Amos cookies or something? Also at hotels...
4. When was the last time you deliberately surprised someone else? We surprised my sister with a 30th birthday party in July. She knew something was going on, but didn't know about where we were eating (her fave sushi bar) or the fact that my BIL got a Hummer Stretch Limo to take us to bars (see pic below)!
5. Plans for the (long) weekend?
Grocery shopping tonight (hopefully), college football tomorrow, maybe the road rally Sunday (see Jeni's Labor Day post for explanation of what that is), and Monday I teach my exercise class at 10 am, then nothing the rest of the day. Relax and laundry maybe?
2. If you were given free reign to create a roadside attraction, what would you create? Hmm...probably a farm stand with free produce and fresh cut flowers that you could pick your own.
3. What were the last food and/or drink items you bought from a vending machine? Ummm....it's been awhile, probably a drink
4. When was the last time you deliberately surprised someone else? I think DH's surprise birthday party last year
5. Plans for the (long) weekend? Tonight I'm getting a MUCH needed hair cut, tomorrow we have a picnic to go to, Sunday is my family's annual clam bake and Monday will hopefully be a pool day!

4. When was the last time you deliberately surprised someone else? I can only remember my Dad's 50th birthday party, but that was awhile ago.
5. Plans for the (long) weekend?
- Tonight: Abso-freaking-lutely NOTHING. I need to go to bed early tonight
- Saturday: Karate Tournament. EEK
- Sunday: 10 mile run, Brunch, then visiting a friend. DH is working
- Monday: Nothing? hah

3. What were the last food and/or drink items you bought from a vending machine? Oh, I have a good story for this one. I bought my new car Wednesday night and because it was the last day of the month the dealership was crazy busy and we were in there forever, mostly waiting to meet with the finance guy. After a few hours my morning sickness kicked in from not eating and I went up to them to complain about how long we'd been sitting there. For the first time I pulled the pregnancy card. The guy pulled me into the back/employee room where they had a vending machine and I ended up getting those orange peanut butter cracker things as my dinner.
4. When was the last time you deliberately surprised someone else? When I announced my pregnancy to my family a couple weeks ago.
5. Plans for the (long) weekend? Nothing! Because we were evacuated last weekend, I have to catch up on all of my usual weekend stuff - laundry, errands etc.
1. My afternoon (family) property. HA! People get paid to live here and don't follow the rules.
2. A coffee shop where I could make espresso drinks again :-) I loved that job!
3.Chips or something maybe at DH's hockey game.
4. I surprised DH with his model plane for his birthday! He loved it and I was so excited to give it to him!
5. Nothing really . . . gettin my drink on tonight and tomorrow bc Sun/Mon I'll be on call and will have to take it easy :-)

Today - SLEEP!!!! I totally could not fall asleep last night and I'm functioning on barely 3 hours sleep. And what a busy day at work. I'm ready to collapse. I also have to go food shopping...
Saturday - My SIL's baby shower
Sunday - Going to a bbq at our friends' house
Monday - I dunno yet, my mom cancelled her annual bbq because their house got flooded in the hurricane. She's not ready to host a bbq, so we'll probably just be home, grilling and relaxing.
2. If you were given free reign to create a roadside attraction, what would you create? A Mt. Rushmore type tribute to Kurt Cobain and Layne Staley.
3. What were the last food and/or drink items you bought from a vending machine? Geez that was so long ago.....I think it was a bag of chips at the hotel in OH when we went to my friend's grad party the end of June.
4. When was the last time you deliberately surprised someone else? Today. I gave DH a card that says "I love you" just because.
5. Plans for the (long) weekend? BIL's 40th birthday bash on the lake in Jackson tomorrow - cookout over NDN's on Sunday - chilling on Monday, maybe going over my friend's house so she can have her kids for a couple hours & taking Amanda to keep the kids occupied.
