What would you expect in a welcome bag? (Re: NOLA)
It's my job to put together some "Welcome to NOLA" bags for an upcoming work-related conference. (This is an external conference with most attendees not being from my firm.) Nothing big or outlandish but something waiting for them in their rooms.
So far we have pralines, Beignet mix and Tabasco. We're doing a cooking class at the New Orleans cooking school so hope to purchase cookbooks. What else would you expect? Non-foodie options are welcome.
