football fans, rain ?

So, we're going to the KSU game on Saturday.  No tailgating anymore, which makes me sad.  Even worse, it's KS, so it's going to be 90+, with a very good chance of rain during the game.  How does one deal with rain at the game?  Guess I'll take the big diaper bag with Will's raincoat, and a poncho for the adults.  Hopefully I can wear Chance under the poncho!

Re: football fans, rain ?

  • Yep, ponchos and just generally trying to enjoy the game despite being soaked.  At least it will be warm while raining instead of freezing.  :-)

  • I would carry a backpack and maybe have your DH take one too.

If it is really raining you are going to have to do the whole shebang with like ponchos, garbage bags, etc. Also bring a towel to wipe down the seats before you sit. You could also wear like swishy pants to keep your legs a little drier (or rain pants).
