OK so.....let me start off by saying I cannot WAIT until September 23. It's Taylor's last air date. I am so sick of her, I can't stand looking at her. I'm just glad the storyline of her, Nicole and EJ has wrapped up a bit. I'm not digging the one she's in with Quinn, though. I thought he'd run off with Carly but I guess he's coming back in October as a changed man.
I also read ahead on Days cafe and found out who the attacker was and why. Next week should be good!

i don't like the whole taylor storyline either.
i was really hoping sammi and rafe were pregant. I LOVE THEM!
I am also ready for Taylor to be gone.
I know many people aren't excited for it, but I am excited to see how the gay storyline plays out. I am torn about Will realizing he is gay, but I think it could work. It doesn't really strike me as a straight guy anyway.
Somewhere I read that Mimi is coming back late this year/early next year (yay!)
Agree about Taylor, so glad she is going soon! I thought Quinn was leaving, but guess they changed their minds about that.

I'm excited for Taylor to leave too... I was surprised they put her in the middle of this Quinn storyline if she's leaving, but maybe that was before they knew. I'm kind of over this prostitute attacker storyline though.
I saw on Twitter that Chloe is leaving too... is she just going to get Parker back and leave? Or, go off to live with Phillip and Parker?
I don't mind the gay storyline, I just wish they would stop showing that "T" guy being so mad. Ok, we get it, he's homophobic and he hates that guy now... get over it or leave!
With all these people leaving, I feel like there aren't very many people left! I know some old characters are coming back, but I feel like I'll be lost because I didn't know them before (like Carrie, Austin... I just know their names). I hope they don't bring too much old stuff back with them or I'll be lost.
OH! And what's with the 10-second clips they've been playing lately in the middle of the commercial breaks?! I keep seeing flashes when I fast-forward through the commercials, then I go back and watch it, and I don't get what it's for! Some are old clips, some are new, but have nothing to do with what's going on now... what gives?!
A lot of the people in the clips are coming back later this month. John, Marlena, Jack, Carrie, Austin and probably more. A couple of the clips are teasers for new characters and upcoming storylines.
I was wondering about that too. My H thinks he's just on vacation. I never heard anything about Joe Mascolo leaving the show. Then again he's also in his 80s so perhaps he may be under the weather and need some time off.
Vivian, Carly, Chloe, Taylor, Kinsey and Dario were let go - possibly in order for the show to pay John, Marlena, Carrie, Austin and Jack? They had fired Quinn but I guess he's going to be sticking around after all.
I think Dario's storyline wraps up either next week or maybe the week after. Taylor is 9/23, then John & Marlena are back on 9/26. Never liked Marlena, BTW...
Also I agree with PP that it's getting old with T having such a mental meltdown over his hatred for Sonny. They need to get rid of that li'l SOB. I can't stand his attitude. But I think he's going to play a bigger part of an antagonist once Will comes out!
You need a DVR! I started watching with my mom when I was still in high school. If I couldn't watch during college, I read the weekly updates online. But since we got our DVR I haven't missed an episode! It's great because you can watch an hour long episode in about 30 minutes after you skip through the commercials and flashbacks.
I didn't know Vivian was going, I thought someone said Ivan was coming back?? I would guess not if Viv is on the way out. I'm excited for John and Marlena to come back, but then I remember how yawn-inducing they were before they left (like Bo and Hope now?) and hope they have a good storyline for them. Interesting about Mimi, I've forgotten a lot of her drama from the past. I wish they'd bring back Belle and Shawn, but then I think they were mostly fun because they were young and insanely stupid lol.
This fall should definitely be interesting! I've only been seeing 1-2 episodes a week lately, I'm hoping to stay better caught up.
They decided not to renew her contract, but Ivan is coming back. He's going to whisk her away to India or something like that. I think her contract expired the end of August so her storyline will probably wrap up around the end of this month or early October, maybe?
Okay if Mimi is coming back I want Farrah Fath to still play her! When I get my haircut I bring a picture of her to the salon. LOL
I'm so sick of freakin Taylor too. I just want her to go eat something and stick those bug eyes back in her head.
I know it's the soaps but it always cracks me up how much of an "expert" Lexi and Daniel are in medicine. Really? You'd not go to your obgyn for a cyst removal? You'd head to your evil- ex husband/rapists/baby daddy's sister?
