Slow Morning at Work = New Recipes

These are very simple, but I've been in a rut and felt like making up some new recipes. I'll share.

Chicken Salad Sandwiches:

1/2 Rotisserie Chicken (Cut Up w/ Skin)
Mayo
Horseradish
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper (fresh cracked)
Kosher Salt
Grapes (sliced)

Serve on Croissant w/ Sliced Tomato & Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Italian Sausage Sandwiches:

Italian Sausage Links (6+)
1 Onion (cut into thick strips)
Red Pepper (cut into thick strips)
Green Pepper (cut into thick strips)
Mushrooms (fresh, sliced)
1 can Stewed Tomatoes (Italian Style perferably)
6 oz Tomato Paste
Italian Seasoning
Oregano
Basil
Salt & Pepper

Slow Cook for 6 Hours. Place on bun, top with sliced provolone & bake at 350 for 5 minutes.

Grilled Chinese Chicken:

Chicken Breast
Chinese Marinade Sauce (your choice)
Oriental Ramen Noodles
Green Pepper (cut into thin strips)
Red Pepper (cut into thin strips)
1/2 Onion (cut into thin strips)
Soy Sauce

Marinate chicken for 4+ hours. Grill until fully cooked and cut into strips. Stir fry veggies until tender. Cook ramen noodles according to packet, add in the chicken & veggies, soy sauce, and as much sauce as you like. May want to add a bit of water to thin out the sauce.

Island Kielbasa:

2 lb Kielbasa, sliced
1 bottle Chili Sauce
3/4 c Brown Sugar
Stir Fry Veggie Blend (frozen)
1 Can Pineapple Chunks

Cook kielbasa & veggies in a skillet for about 10 minutes. Put into slow cooker w/ sauce & sugar for 2 1/2 hours. Add pineapple and continue cooking for 30 more minutes. Serve over rice.
