Great News!....F/u to previous vent
Hey guys I just thought I'd update everyone on our home buying status. After I returned the loan officer's call, she asked me to have my employer explain in a detailed letter exactly how much I would be getting paid before taxes bi-weekly (I guess my paychecks weren't good enough). After waiting all day for the final verdict, I heard absolutely nothing from her. The very next morning she called me and said the loan was approved and emailed us our congratulatory letter!!!!!!! We have just 3-4 items we need to check off on their requirement list but hopefully we can still close on 9/30. Keep us in your prayers and thoughts!
