Now that it's September, DH and I want to start exploring the cider mills this year. We had just moved here this time last year and didn't get to fit any in so this year we want to explore a few. Any suggestions on which ones? I hear the good ones can get super crowded. Are they still worth going?
Re: Cider Mills
I've been to these & have liked them:
Franklin Cider Mill, Franklin
Parmenters, Northville
Plymouth Orchards, Plymouth
Yates, Rochester (I love the trail you can walk here & yes, it's worth the wait)
Erwins, South Lyon (probably my favorite, just because it's more local so I go here often)
I've also heard from a few friends who live by Long Family Orchard in Commerce that they are good as well.
Just make a trip to all of them! :=)
