Re: Fake Sunday night!
Stand up for something you believe in.
Just got home from the ILs. The more time I spend with them, the more I appreciate my parents and the fact that my husband acts nothing like them.
FYI: 30 minutes until my 2 year anniversary.
ETA: And with all this drinking going on, I may make a trip to the fridge.

I'm drinking wine and watching Chopped!
I tried the nutella cookies and the spinach and artichoke pasta from pinterest... and it was... meh... Could be better.

Chopped is one of my favorite shows right now. I, too, can watch it all day. They are on the dessert round now and they have to use neopolitan ice cream as one of the ingredients. Neopolitan is my favorite! I can never decide which flavor to get, this solves my problem.
I want to go on a honeymoon.... again.... I have been really wanting to go back to Key West.

Confession: I met up with a friend for drinks last night. She ordered shots. I sipped my shot for like twenty minutes. For round two, I discreetly asked the bartender to make mine water. SO LAME.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!

LOL. We're going to have to train you better kiddo.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Dude. I made those nutella cookies twice. The first time they were awful. They were greasy and flat and a mess. I thought it was because of the butter and how I might have softened it too much/to the point of almost melted. So the 2nd time I didn't soften the butter quite as much and I chilled the dough, still bad. Less greasy, but they were still flat, almost hollow around the chocolate chips. I don't know how the picture on that recipe came to be and I don't know how I could've followed those directions any differently, but just not good. I was disappointed.
Thank you, dear!!
