My cousin's wedding is October 8th and I'm trying to decide what I'm going to wear. The ceremony is at 10:30am and the reception is 11:30-4:30. I've never been to such an early wedding before, so I'm trying to decide what's appropriate to wear. It will be a pretty traditional, formal ceremony/reception, but because it's so early in the day, I don't think it's appropriate to wear the same "little black dress" kind of thing that I would normally wear to a wedding. The average temp. in my area on that date is about 65 degrees, so I can't really wear any of my summer sundresses either.
Here's a dress that I have that I thought I might be able to wear with something over it. What do you think? Does the shirt on top of it make it too casual? (FYI-That dress was a size too small. Mine is slightly longer.)

Any other ideas of what I could wear?
