Wishing I worked from home...

The weather here is awful.  Right now, I am totally wishing I worked from home.  I don't even want to venture out of my house!  Lots of rain and wind over here!

  • I can count on one hand the amount of rain I've been in since April 2010.  And 2 of those times were in Geneva 2 weeks ago.  I actually like rain, but not sure I would if I had to deal with it as often as you guys do.

I feel exactly the same way!  I don't mind it so much here because even in rainy season it's only for a few hours at most.  You never wake up in the morning knowing it's going to rain all day.

On a related note, I wish I worked from home because I didn't want to get out of my pajamas this morning!

    Now jumping domestically.

Well that was a crazy couple of years.

  • I had a not-so-small cheer of joy that I do have a work from home day today, as the meeting I was supposed to attend got pushed to tomorrow. Now I was supposed to run errands--post office and converting some currency to pounds--but....that can wait, right?
  • At least you guys get to sit in a an office - I'm meant to coach field hockey today with a bunch of middle schoolers!  Rain and pre-teens...a potential tough situation!
