DH and I want to have our roof inspected this fall. It was inspected during our home inspection, but that wasn't done by a roof specialist (if that makes any sense).
Can anyone provide a recommendation for a roofer in the Glen Burnie/Severn area? TIA.
Re: Roofer rec's needed
We used fichtner roofing services when we had a leak in our current house and were very pleased with them . Good luck !

Ditto Fichtner. They were recommended to me here a few months ago when we had a leak. They quickly identified and fixed the problem and we haven't had a problem since. I would absolutely use them again if needed.
ETA: They offer a service where they'll come out and do a general inspection of the roof and make minor repairs to the roof and gutters. We called them about a leak and instead of just having them fix that, we decided to have them do the whole check since we also only had a regular home inspection when we bought the house. When we made the appt, they told us that if the crew got up there to do the inspection and found any major problems, they'd stop there and work with you on what needed to be done and you wouldn't be charged for any service that day. That day they fixed the leak, pinned the gutters up in some places they were sagging, added some flashing that was missing, and assured us the roof was in good condition with no major issues. I think we paid only a couple hundred dollars for it.
