Buying A Home
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Did/will you give your REA a gift or card?
We are appreciative of the hours our REA put in for us this summer. Is a thank-you note enough or even necessary? What did you do?

Hahaha, this. Buying and selling ours only got her commission...that's plenty!
As an agent, a nice card is ALWAYS appreciated. Many agents, well I like to think many of us
work a lot harder than people realize and are very under appreciated. A gift isn't necessary but I'm sure your agent would love a thoughtful card.
Yes - referrals will always be appreciated by your agent. If he/she did a good job for you, there is no better thank you than sending business their way!

Unfortunately, this. If I was very happy with our realtor I probably would send a TY card stating that I would refer them whenever the opportunity arose.
