Nope. I'm wearing a new shirt today and it's as dirty as the day I bought it. Which hopefully isn't that dirty. I think it was DP who said a while ago that it's a waste not to wear it, bec it'll never be that soft/perfect again. I couldn't agree more!
For moms, is washing baby clothes because they are more prone to infection? At what age is that no longer necessary.
No, I don't wash my clothes before wearing it. DH has always washed all his clothes before wearing it though. And we do that with DS's clothes no matter what.
Jen, it's more a question of allergic/skin reactions rather than infections from my perspective. I'm not sure when we'll stop because DS has sensitive skin and has had rashes in the past.
Not usually, but I def. wash DS's clothes.
