My poor baby...diaper rash..Robyn
For some reason he has a wicked diaper rash going on. I feel awful and I do not believe it is a change in detergent because it started with diapers that were washed in the other detergent.
I'm using the butt creme but now he just seems like dry skin irritation. Is there another okay cloth diaper creme to use? I need to stop in tonight to buy some because we are really low.

I don't know much about CD-safe creams, but this Aloe Vesta Skin Conditioner stuff (and cornstarch) was always our "miracle cure." I found it at our local pharmacy, so I'm sure Walgreens & the like would have it.
You could always try the cream J suggested with a liner in so it won't get on your cloth diapers too!
