Had our first appt ;)
DH, DD and I met with my HB MW yesterday for our first appointment.
My MW loves to talk, it's great because she gets to know you and cares but we were there for 2 hours and 15 min!
DD did great and my MW had lots of toys for her to play with and DD wasn't scared of my MW at all (and she is so afraid of her pedi/nurse
) it was great. The only time she got freaked out was when my MW
checked
my fundal height and tried to listen for baby with the doppler (which
we knew was unlikely to hear at 8 weeks but we tried anyway).
DD didn't even notice when she drew my blood, it was great.
Now we wait a month and go back again and then we'll get to hear baby's HB!

april 16th is the due date.
I'm pretty tired and have had lots of nausea but no throwing up yet (yay! I had been throwing up for 2 weeks straight at this point with Lucy) but I have been wearing my hazelwood anklet so maybe that is helping

Are you going to find out what you are having or are you team green?
I told C we could find out if he wanted to since he deferred to me last time.
He said he wants to be team green again.
So we'll see at our 20 week scan
