I have a premade salad from Publix with spinach, apple slices, blueberries and walnuts. I brought balsamic vinaigrette for it. I think I'm also going to get a cup of corn and chicken chowder from the cafeteria.

Leftover pizza from Sunday night, grapes, a banana and a granola bar for the day.
I'm more excited about dinner. I made Ina Garten's seafood chowder recipe last night (can't link the recipe from foodnetwork because our work still hasn't updated it's web browser) and it was as amazing as DH and I expected it to be. We'll be having it tonight too.
Hot dogs and broccoli.
