Sixth Anniversary

Sigh DH didn't get the job.  He beat out tons of people only to come in second behind one person that has more software experience vs. hardware experience. (He is in IT)   But on the upside the interview went really well and she kept commenting on how professional he was.  Sigh the search goes on. Thanks for the thoughts and vibes ladies!

    Aw bummer... I am so sorry to hear he didn't get the job Sad My DH is also in IT and has been looking for a new job for over a year. He just got his first interview two weeks ago and hasnt got a call back. We live in a town where the economy has hit us pretty hard and there are barely any jobs out there so its been hard for him to find a job that he qualifies for. Luckily at least he has a job but he HATES it and has no paid time off and benefits and with everything that is going on with me and him having to take time off it has really hit his paycheck hard. Luckily my employers have been super accommodating and very understanding Smile

    Yeah thats kind of the position he is in as well, he is a contractor so no paid time off or benefits which was really one of the main goals of him finding a new job, so I could go part time at mine while I'm in grad school...ugh the search continues.

    Awww, shucks.  I'm sorry.  :(  Hopefully this means there's something even bigger and better out there for him in the close future!!  Keeping the vibes for him that he gets everyhing he deserves and better!!!
