Kristen and Ashley
Do either of you have any advice for someone trying to get a Disney internship for the spring semester? I guess it's an online step-by-step process. One of our (brightest!) students made it past the first two steps then got an email that said they don't have anything open that matches her skill set. We're just all shocked. Just wondering if you had any thoughts about this. Thanks.

I assume this is for the College Program? You're in luck - I recruited for them at Tech after I completed my internship
My first question is what did she put down for her preferences on where to work?
What is her major? They do it differently now than they used to though. We had in-person interviews and now they are online. I'm not sure how it works but I'd start with that.
She could call to talk to someone there about it and ask what that means. I'm guessing they have already filled spots for her preferred placements in her major for the Spring. Try for Spring advantage.
